Oatmeal Stout de Samuel smith para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

No suelo beber muchas cervezas negras, pero de vez en cuando me encanta tomarme una buena Stout o Porter. En concreto siempre intento guardar alguna especial para después de la cena de Año nuevo. Un buen momento para degustar estas cervezas tan intensas con calma y tranquilidad.

Samuel Smith es probablemente la cervecera más conocida y con más prestigio de todo el Reino Unido en lo que a cerveza negra se refiere. Tal y como ellos dicen, sus cervezas están elaboradas con agua de su propio pozo abierto por el 1758.
La cerveza es una delicia, sedosa y con mucho cuerpo pese a tener solo 5.5º. Opaca y negra como el carbón. Algo seca y con un final agridulce donde las notas a café y chocolate negro tienen la voz cantante.
Una gran cerveza que siempre recomiendo a los que quieren probar alguna negra por primera vez.

I don't usually drink a lot of dark beers, but from time to time I love to have a good Stout or Porter. Specifically, I always try to save something special for after New Year's dinner. A good time to taste these intense beers calmly and peacefully.

Samuel Smith is probably the best-known and most prestigious brewery in the United Kingdom when it comes to dark beer. As they say, their beers are made with water from their own well opened in 1758.
The beer is a delight, silky and full-bodied despite only having 5.5º. Opaque and black as coal. Somewhat dry and with a bittersweet finish where the notes of coffee and dark chocolate take center stage.
A great beer that I always recommend to those who want to try a black beer for the first time.
