Conclusion

Based on the description of the results of the study and the discussion that the author has described earlier, the authors can take some conclusions as follows:

The implementation of the instruction of the Director General of Islamic Guidance Number 02 of 1989 concerning Tetanus Toksoid immunization for brides at the Office of Religious Affairs in Baktiya Barat Sub-district has proceeded well, although there were few insignificant obstacles. The implementation of Tetanus Toksoid (TT) immunization is carried out at Baktiya Barat Subdistrict Health Center on every working day and given free of charge to each bride.
Understanding and awareness of Tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization for brides in West Baktiya District is good enough. This is evident from the bride and groom who carry out Tetanus Toxid (TT) immunization with full awareness of the benefits, although there are still among the brides who do not understand well the importance of Tetanus Toxid (TT) immunization and assume that the immunization is only to fulfill administrative requirements from the Office of Religious Affairs when they want to register for marriage.

Factors affecting the implementation of the Dirjen Bimas Islam Instruction No. 02 of 1989 concerning Tetanus Toksoid (TT) immunization for brides at the Office of Religious Affairs in Baktiya Barat District are as follows:

Socialization and guidance to prospective brides
Cooperation and support from the District Health Center
The level of education and knowledge of the bride and groom
The role and support of the Gampong apparatus and religious leaders.

Suggestions

From the findings of research and analysis of the author, the author can submit some suggestions that can be taken into consideration and input for the successful implementation of the Dirjen Bimas Islam instruction number 02 of 1989 concerning Tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization for brides, namely:

It is expected that prospective brides in the West Baktiya District area should carry out Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization well and understand the importance of Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization for health, especially their own reproductive health and in order to improve the quality of offspring in the future.
The Office of Religious Affairs in Tanah Luas District is expected to continuously disseminate the importance of Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization and provide guidance and direction for prospective brides, as well as continue to enhance cooperation that has been established well with the Puskesmas in order to succeed Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization for future bride and groom.

It is expected that all parties, especially village officials and religious leaders, will help disseminate Tetanus Toxid (TT) immunization for brides so that the general public and especially the married age young generation are expected to understand the importance of immunization and excellent health in preparation for forming a happy family.
