ULOG: Reap What You Sow (Literally)

in #ulog6 years ago

My father is fun of planting anything in the vacant lot around our house. He has pineapples, rambutan, indian mango, papaya, cassava, banana, coconut, and many more! He said it's good to have something to harvest from the garden because aside from being able to save money instead of buying it from the market, you can also make sure that it is fresh and free from inorganic fertilizers.

Here are some of his harvests, fresh papaya and rambutan.

Our Pawpaw has germinated but not yet ripened. How does a rambutan taste?

It tastes sweet but sometimes sour. It varies but it really tastes good!

Awwe maraming salamat!

I wished it was not so cold here. I would grow all kinds of tropical fruits. I would have lemon trees.

Oh, where do you live?

The state of Virginia. USA.
