The Value we Add to Society should be measured in the Energy (Time) we put into it, not by money
The way in which we, as a human race, measure our value is completely counterproductive. We need to change our mindsets.
Those who have made it to the top of the tier in the current Economic Value we place on ourselves are coming to understand this. The pioneers of thought across the globe are coinciding in their messages of realigning our value system to one of Kindness.

They all Echo the same thoughts.
Why?
Multi billionaires who are slogging their guts out to arrive at a Value of $'s (Dollars) converging into one thought stream.
And it's not about Hustle and Grind anymore.
Those days ended two years ago.
Something clicked in the minds of the men mentioned above. Their messages changed.
And it wasn't just them.
#TeamHuman became a 'thing'. Simon Chan, top 5 Linkedin Influencer UK felt the need for change. He set out to do what he felt necessary to change peoples thinking and to draw to himself the people who's thinking aligned with his.
He started the #TeamHuman hashtag with a mission in mind. Little did he reaslise how much need the was among the global working population to be valued as Humans again.
30,000 + Linkedin Connections later with followers growing, he has made an historic mark on the Global landscape of better ways to do things. His consistency in his message is... yep, you guessed it, Kindness.
He may not speak the word but he speaks the language.
How and Why has this cataclysmic change occurred globally?
The How is, well, supposition at best. Many will say it was the seismic activities we've been blissfully ignoring, others the onset of social media exposing the catastrophic state of our planet and the devastation the majority of us are living in. You may think differently.
Why this has occurred is much more pertinent: It is Time.
The human race has succinctly proven itself to be the most damaging part of the planets ecosystem. Something needed to happen to save the entire thing from imploding. The way in which we neglect to take care of ourselves, others and the rest of the planet has to change. Our value system of 'Money means more than Moments', is absurd. It's counter productive to our role on the planet and to our own species survival as we literally kill ourselves over money.
The products we create that are discarded to destroy the rest of the planet, the law suits we engage in over frivolous matters that should never be an issue, the chemicals we consume just by walking down a busy city street, are all done in the name of earning Money.
It's really quite ridiculous that we consider ourselves the top of the food chain, the intelligent ones. When in reality every other species lives blissfully in harmony with one another. Their species survive, thrive and mold accord to the havoc we wreak on their lives, whilst we 'gratefully' accept employment that demands our never ending attention in a world beset on killing us.
How We Fix It
In 2015 I began a simple online campaign of changing mindsets to align behavior with a simple moral code that anyone from any religious, culture or situation can follow without infringement on their belief systems. I started it because I could no longer tolerate the inexcusable actions of too many people in influential positions. Wherever that influence lay.
#3SimpleThings
#Respect #Gratitude #Kindness
I encountered the worst of humanity in the most distressing of situations, all of whom took advantage of their higher financial status than my own, or others whom I was compelled to stand up for. It truly made me feel ill knowing that I am a part of this vile mental disease that our species has succumbed to.
So Much Promise and Potential must be used effectively
Elon Musk said in his interview with Joe Rogan, that we all have the potential to be, and are in fact, super computers interconnected by one thing: The Internet.
We [all], in the developed world, have instant access to the worlds knowledge. Without having to actually personally store any information (data) as he calls it, we are able to instantly grasp concepts, gain information, learn new skills just by accessing a device. This ability now makes us Autonomous.
Autonomy :: The Now
In our autonomy we are in control. We have accessed knowledge which has enlightened us to the brainwashing we have received by governments, advertising agencies, banks, etc etc... this is common knowledge so we won't be imprisoned for speaking about it because it's global acknowledged.
Ignorance is no longer an excuse either. Except when it comes to the majority of the population who do not have access to the Internet. When they have Free access to the internet many things like schools won't matter anymore. So a lack of funding for schools, becomes moot with Internet access.
How do we Reward everyone on the planet for their Time and Energy with a Value that doesn't exist?
Value needs to be created from thin air to ensure that we are able to get everyone onto the same level. Like the rest of the planet. Free access to food, shelter, fresh water, space to be self reliant and self sufficient.
Value is Time which is Energy.
In creating a new wave of mindsets, we realign our global thinking to one of self value first. This organically spreads to the people we touch in our daily lives. Spreading a message of Kindness across the global spectrum of influencers has been the start to the process of acknowledging a different value system to that of money.
Money, sadly, is still important. So we need to marry the two whilst also engaging in a better way of going about business. The way we're currently doing it is counter productive to our happiness. We cannot be kind to ourselves or others if we are overcome with exhaustion whether it be through over working or stressing about putting a plate of food in front of your child or due to extraneous vindictiveness from others.
There are currently not enough jobs to go around to support the world's population in productive activities daily to ensure everyone can have a plate of food. Yet there is enough food, although we still see 24,000 a day dying of starvation. The contradictions in our current system are obvious.
A solution needs to be activated.
A system controlled by you for you so that you can create your own opportunities whilst designing your own life. We all have that right.
