Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another blog something about my social life and gym life. As my all the friends might know me over here that I love to do gym and stay fit and healthy. So today I just want to share something about with you guys. I was just flexing my muscles and I just want share with you guys and my journey too how hard it for me to make this naturally and also with the vegetarian food. Well let me share you all this information in detail and I will also tell you which supplements I am taking to build my muscle.
Firstly I am a vegetarian and I am eating only veg food no eggs, no chicken and all. As everyone knows that body needs protein so I am eating some food like oats, paneer, tofu, etc.... but at the end there are very limited food for me to eat to complete my protein for body. And protein is very necessary for body to have a healthy muscle and all. Now I just shared about my foods and eating meals all. Now I will share you my supplements which I am taking to build my muscle.
I am taking very limited supplement for body I am taking only two supplements and they are PROTIEN and CREATINE. Firstly these both are different supplements let me tell you the difference between them.
PROTEIN is for muscle recovery you can drink it anytime but I will prefer you to take after workout these will benefit you more. I am taking this supplement before I go to bed. It will boost your energy to the peak level. Other then that there are also some minor benefits of this which are not the main one to count. And it is also completing the PROTEIN efficiency for body.
CREATINE is for pumping the muscle and get water stay hydrated in the body and these will always look you pump even without the warm body. And I am taking this supplement just after the workout with the water.
The good part over here for both the supplement is that there are no side effects of both. Otherwise there are many side effects of some supplement. Well make sure that I am not telling you guys to take I am just sharing my routine. If you want to take these type of supplement take at your own risk.
