Hey you. I’m not going to lie, I’m stoked right now, maybe it’s post-workout endorphins, but I’m feeling really good at the moment. I think a late afternoon workout, just when I’m feeling mentally tap and that afternoon slowdown is the perfect time to do some strength work. I don’t know about you but when I’m up early I usually hit the energy slump at about 3pm. Also I can have a bite of food afterward and not worry about being hungry for the rest of the day. I can just go to sleep. Wake up and reset.

Yoga/Meditate in the mornings, Strength/Cardio in the evenings that’s the plan. I love my stability ball, and I’m shocked I’m saying this but even though workouts were quite touchy and awkward in the beginning, my hip and low back feels the best it’s felt all week…
Can’t tell you how thankful I feel about that… speaking of thankfulness…<3

- new workout plan
- back feeling better and better
- I actually gave myself a full day off, and feel recharged
I mentioned in discord but I think you may already have drifted off to sleepsland, I took some time out and made a 10 video playlist in youtube of routines I can just flip through and do with the new stability ball- I watched a bunch and they’re going to be tough, but I’m ready for it. At least afterward I can just crash out and be done for the day lol.

OK enough about me. Nothing else new there. Looking forward to getting back into the modding groove, and possibly catching some world cup action with ya again, loving those mid day breaks to watch with ya, it’s been kind of crazy the upsets and outcomes of some of these games. I could go into conspiracy theory mode but I won’t at the moment. ;)

Speaking of breakfast I feel like I’m finally nailing that scrambled egg technique. ugh they are so fluffy and FAST to make once you get that pan hot. If I have a little slice of cheese handy I’ve been putting that on top once I cut the heat and let it melt under a lid for about 30 seconds. BEST.

I hate to say it, but it looks like there’s no relief in sight temperature wise for the next few days at least. I haven’t looked at the 10 day forecast for your weathers, I hope it cools down soon, but I’m glad you’re drinking waters and getting up early. I know 6 am is tough, just do your best - it looks like it almost get’s chilly at night- 56 degrees isn’t bad at all- that’s practically sweater weather after you’ve had 80. At least you get that break kinda.
On the docket for me tomorrow (today for you) is modding, possible client work- depending on what they send me, and then a doggy lesson in the afternoon. 3 More days left in June, and I know we say this nearly every month.. but this really was the fastest thus far.

Maybe that’ means we’re just operating at warp speed. I love you and I’m so damn proud of you, let’s both finish strong. I’m intending to head into July pain free, bloodwork done and heading toward getting my tooth finished. Oh! And I got an interesting job request in upwork Id love to get your opinion on.
But more about that when I’m conscious.

morning biza. 7:16am, actually made it up early today, kinda shock to the system but here i am, just made my eggs and have green tea and i'm powering up for the day ahead. thanks for my lovely wake up message and it's awesome that you are starting to put all the pieces together! yayay, reduce dat pain!
