Hello Splinter Fanatics
Splinterlands has been one of my favorite games since mid-2021. The goal of making my collection even stronger makes me play almost daily, apart from the fun of course. Since then, Splinterlands has changed a lot, from a game with few cards (Alpha and Beta editions) to a game full of editions and cards. This has brought with it various skills and rulesets, adding more dynamics and complexity to the game.
With so many cards, it's currently difficult to choose which ones to put at maximum level, as each player's financial resources and even time are limited. Playing with maximum level cards means more chances of winning battles and improving rewards.
Currently, my goal in Splinterlands is to get the Epic Soulbond cards from the Rebellion Edition to max level. All my energy is being directed towards this, as I'm accumulating Glints tokens to buy EPIC DRAWS and secure epic cards. My goal is to get all the cards to max level initially and then I'll choose another rarity to get to max level, unlike @underlock, who is focusing on getting his collection of common cards to max level or @libertycrypto27 who started with common cards and then moved on to rares and so on, each player has their own strategy.
Currently, my Epic Reward cards from this collection are between level 4 and 5. I've been focusing more and more on acquiring these cards, as I consider them to be the most powerful cards in this collection due to their unique abilities. For this reason, I've been focusing only on buying EPIC DRAWS, so some of these cards are already very close to being at the maximum level, such as Halfling Refugee and Arachne Weaver. I think they'll be at maximum level in the next season or two.
This past end of season (EOS) I bought 25 EPIC DRAWS with 187,000 GLINTS, which resulted in two cards being upgraded to level 5: Olivia of the Brook and Night Reaper. I was really looking forward to this, as these are powerful cards that I use a lot.
Olivia of the Brook gains (+1) melee damage, which makes it even more powerful and Night Reaper, my favorite card when Ruleset Earthquake 
is active, it gains the addition of (+1) magic damage.
With these two new cards at level (5), I took the opportunity to test them out in an epic battle. The following battle featured all Splinters except Fire and Earth. In addition, there was 43 mana available and the rulesets: Need For Speed, Deflection Field and Holy Protection.
This was a very close battle, with both players choosing Splinter Dagrão. The power level of the monsters was also well balanced, with offensive monsters as well as support monsters. For this reason, the battle was a bit long.

The monster that made the difference for our team was Olivia of the Brook, because in long battles where she remains on the field she accumulates the opponent's abilities and this made the difference so that in the end our team was the winner. Perhaps if it hadn't been for this detail our team would have lost the battle.
That's why it's always necessary to upgrade in Splinterlands in order to get the best results. And there's nothing better than upgrading your collection without spending a penny. So, my advice is to focus on one rarity of card and start buying Draws of that rarity, to take those cards to the maximum level. I hope you enjoyed it!

O que trouxe consigo várias hábilidades e Rulesets adcionando ao jogo mais dinâmica e complexidade.
Com tantas cartas, atualmente é díficil escolher quais colocar em nível máximo, pois os recursos financeiros e até mesmo o tempo de cada jogador é limitado. Jogar com cartas de nível máximo significa mais chances de ganhar batalhas e melhorar as recompensas.
Atualmente, meu objetivo em Splinterlands é colocar as cartas Épicas Soulbond da Edição Rebellion em nível máximo. Toda minha energia está sendo direcionada para essa finalidade, pois estou acumulando tokens Glints para comprar EPIC DRAWS e garantir cartas épicas. Meu objetivo é deixar todas as cartas em nível máximo inicialmente e depois eu escolho outra raridade para deixar em nível máximo diferente do @underlock, que está focando em deixar suas coleção de cartas comuns em nível máximo ou do @libertycrypto27 que iniciou nas cartas comuns e depois passou para raras e assim suecessivamente, cada jogador tem a sua estratégia.

O monstro que fez a diferença em nosso time foi Olivia of the Brook, pois em batalhas longas onde ela permanece em campo faz com que ela acumule as habilidades do oponente e isso fez a diferença fazendo que com no final nosso time fosse o vencedor. Talvez se não fosse por esse detalhe nosso time tivesse perdido a batalha.
Portanto, se faz necessário sempre evoluir em Splinterlands para ter melhores resultados. E nada melhor do que evoluir a sua coleção sem gastar nenhum centavo por isso. Então, meu conselho é o jogador focar em uma raridade de cartas e começar a comprar Draws dessa raridade, para levar essas cartas para o nível máximo. Espero que tenham gostado!
