Ogni volta che mi accingevo all’acquisto dei fichi importati dalla Turchia una parte del mio cervello mi ricordava la possibile contaminazione radioattiva, e spesso rinunciavo all’acquisto.
Quest’anno quindi ho deciso di non acquistare più fichi al supermercato, visto che quasi sempre sono importati dalla Turchia, e di approfittare della straordinaria abbondanza degli stessi nelle nostre campagne, non solo per mangiarli freschi, ma anche per essicarli al sole e conservarli per l’inverno.
L’uomo moderno, a mio avviso, ha perso il contatto con la natura, e uno dei mezzi di allontanamento dalla stessa sono i supermercati, dove tutto è artificioso, innaturale e facile da acquisire.
Rimango stupito quando vedo persone che hanno nel loro giardino alberi da frutta, a cui non dedicano la minima attenzione, i cui frutti cadono nell’indifferenza, senza che nessuno ringrazi l’albero per i suoi doni e senza che si assapori qualcosa di veramente naturale, sano, biologico e a Km zero.
Le stesse persone le vedi poi al supermercato ad acquistare frutta, che probabilmente viene da chissà dove, magari piena di pesticidi e che non è certo fresca come quella che possiamo raccogliere da un albero posto nel nostro giardino.
Molti hanno perso la gioia di staccare un frutto dall’albero e assaporare qualcosa di veramente fresco, persuasi che tanto al supermercato sotto casa abbiamo tutto.
Ieri dopo l’ennesima bella mangiata di fichi, mi sono chiesto, quali proprietà nutritive avrà questo frutto?
Quindi ho fatto una ricerca online, scoprendo che ha tantissime proprietà e può aiutarci a mantenere un ottimo stato di benessere e salute.
Qui vi riporto un sito che parla delle caratteristiche del Fico:
“I fichi, frutti del Ficus carica L., sono importanti per la nutrizione del bambino e dell'adulto, poichè ricchi di vitamine, e godono di proprietà lassative e antinfiammatorie. Scopriamoli meglio.”

Whenever I was about to buy figs imported from Turkey, part of my brain reminded me of possible radioactive contamination, and I often gave up buying.
So this year I decided not to buy more figs at the supermarket, since they are almost always imported from Turkey, and take advantage of the extraordinary abundance of them in our countryside, not only to eat them fresh, but also to dry them in the sun and store them for the winter.
Modern man, in my opinion, has lost touch with nature, and one of the means of getting away from it is supermarkets, where everything is artificial, unnatural and easy to acquire.
I am amazed when I see people who have in their garden fruit trees, which do not pay the slightest attention, whose fruits fall into indifference, without anyone thanking the tree for its gifts and without tasting something really natural , healthy, organic and zero Km.
The same people then you see them at the supermarket to buy fruit, which probably comes from who knows where, perhaps full of pesticides and that is certainly not as fresh as what we can collect from a tree in our garden.
Many have lost the joy of detaching a fruit from the tree and savoring something really fresh, convinced that so much at the supermarket under the house we have everything.
Yesterday after the umpteenth beautiful eating of figs, I asked myself, what nutritional properties will this fruit have?
So I did an online search, finding out that it has so many properties and can help us maintain an excellent state of well-being and health.
Here I report a site that talks about the characteristics of the Fig tree:
