Walking the streets
Just outside Oaxaca we had to pull into a gas station, one of the ladies on the coach had a gypie gut and needed the bog ASAP. We pulled in, my god she could run fast, very fast.
So a good time to de-bus and take some snaps, of the faded advertising art dotted around the forecourt.

The Guardia Nacional, I was told by our leader, in response to my
"What the fuck is going on here then"
Interesting that the guard is made up of trusted members of the armed forces and police and they patrol the districts ad hoc parking up, just to keep their eye on things. It would appear that the normal police are corrupt and cannot be trusted.
Nothing new there then
I am pleased to report that the lady in question made it, without any embarrassing mishap.
So here we are then, to be honest this town was the main reason to be on this trip, to be here during Dia de los Muertos.

Apparently one of the best bars in town for tequilla and mescal based drinks
