The season is almost over in Splinterlands and it's time for me to open more Loot Chests to gain more energy and increase my Glint and SPS gains this season. I'll also get reward cards that will be useful to evolve my current ones and make them more useful and powerful for battles.
The chances of getting a jackpot are low but I always remain optimistic about it because at some point I might receive one.
Today I decided to open Ultimate Chests. I haven't opened any of them during the entire season so I felt it was time to open some even though they aren't the best option for getting extra energy.
Since the last time I opened Loot Chests, I've accumulated 45,531 Glint and this amount will be enough for me to open 10 Ultimate Chests.
Each Ultimate Chest costs 4,500 Glint and has the following reward chances:
33% chance of receiving reward cards.
26.90% chance to receive Potions.
20% chance to receive Merits.
20% chance to receive Energy.
0.1% chance to receive Jackpot.
Ultimate Chests may not be the best option to get Energy, but they are the best option to get Jackpots.
My goal this season was to open 300 Minor Chests, 150 Major Chests and 30 Ultimate Chests, but unfortunately I haven't gotten enough Glint so far and I'll probably only be able to open 150 Major Chests and 10 Ultimate Chests.
Next season I'll try to have a better result and be able to open all the Loot Chests I mentioned before, now let's see what rewards I'll get by opening these 10 Ultimate Chests.
Unfortunately, my luck with energy was terrible and I only got 4 energy. It would have been better to have opened 45 Major Chests, but that's not a problem because there are still a few days left in the season so I'll have enough Glint to open the remaining Major Chests.
I don't think I need to mention my luck with jackpots since I didn't get any again and I'm close to 3000 Loot Chests opened and so far I haven't gotten a jackpot.
I hope that the next time I open Loot Chests, I'll be lucky enough to get more energy since a good part of my profit depends on the amount of energy I get from Loot Chests since I don't get any jackpots.
