Let me take you to 2016 where I did a 10-day course in Tushita Institute in which I did a course on "Introduction of Buddhism". Under this course, I learned what Buddhism is and what its teachings are. By staying here for 10 days, I explored new things about myself which have helped me a lot in understanding life, these teachings help me in travel as well as play an important role in recognizing people.
