Both films received negative critical reviews. Justice League is supposed to be a bigger film since it is the counterpart of Avengers, however, it did not gross well.
Venom did better, and will still surge with its gross since it just opened in China. It is also open in some markets. I am not sure of Justice League will have its sequel, but hopefully Aquaman can redeem the loses of DCEU.

I have to admit, I truly don't like all these super hero comic book movies and Im sad that there seems to be less and less storytelling and lovingly crafted movies and more and more specisl effects.
I knowthey appeal to massive audiences but I long for a small indie film company and come to the forefront and make some really 'traditional' movies that tell a story.
I love these super hero movies, and to be honest I have not seen too many bad ones. I knew there was a venom but I didn't know there was a movie about him. I will be sure to check this out, thanks for the info!
