I was in korea the other week and assumed there wasn't anything vegan, so I basically just ate rice and bibingnangmyun the whole time! Only if I knew!!!

Yeah, any 'industrialized' food really isn't going to be healthy. It's all about the natural veggies and fruits, plant-based stuff!
