Today I went to a food fair to work, I was only there for 2 hours but I liked everything I saw, plus it is an opportunity for all the locals.
Hoy fui a una feria de comida a trabajar, solamente estuve 2 horas pero me gustó todo lo que ví, además es una oportunidad para todos los locales.
Something nice that we did today was that at one point we went out to give roses to some women to brighten their days, and we saw an elderly couple, we approached them and decided to give them the rose, both were excited but especially the man, he kept thanking me for that small gesture for his wife. That moment really made me very happy too, I hope God grants them a long life together.
Algo bonito que hicimos hoy fue que en un momento salimos a obsequiar rosas a algunas mujeres para alegrar sus días, y vimos una pareja de ancianos, nos acercamos y decidimos obsequiar la rosa, ambos estaban emocionados pero en especial el señor, él no dejaba de agradecerme por ese pequeño gesto para su esposa. Realmente ese momento me hizo muy feliz a mi también, espero Dios les otorgue una vida larga juntos.
Work was pretty calm, at the end of the day I went to eat some Mexican-style corn on the cob, more typical of street junk food. It was my first time trying this, I knew I would like it because I am a fan of corn and I also acquired a taste for spicy food. It was really good, although I would have liked it to be a hot meal, it was cold when it arrived at my table.
El trabajo estuvo bastante calmado, al final de la jornada fui a comer unos elotes al estilo mexicano, más típico de la comida chatarra callejera, fue mi primera vez probando esto, sabía que me gustaría porque soy fan del maíz y también adquirí el gusto por el picante, realmente estuvo bueno, aunque me hubiese gustado que fuese una comida caliente, estaba fría cuando llegó a mi mesa.
Bonito gesto de regalar rosas, esa pareja de ancianos seguramente lo recordaran por mucho tiempo
