The first thing new users encounter upon joining Inleo is the Threads feed. Therefore, it's crucial to feature a variety of content and authors, ensuring that Threads receive curation from a diverse range of accounts.
Curation on Hive has become overly mechanical, and we aim to reintroduce spontaneity by encouraging users to upvote content as naturally as they would 'like' it, rather than solely focusing on potential rewards.
To incentivize curators, points will be awarded on a leaderboard based on their curation activity, taking into account the individual accounts curated and the distribution over time.
Engaging to earn microearnings is an excellent method to maintain blockchain activity.

While not on Threads, I am doing more of that lately, taking the time to "like what I like" There are a lot of good authors out there sharing great content, and it's fun to run across a little gem completely by chance. Best wishes to you and your curators in your quest to spark engagement on Hive.
I am starting to do more of that a little at a time as well. I am also pulling back my vote power and engagement from those who have dropped off the quality of their posts.

this is something I was talking about in 2018, finding ways to incentivize meaningful interactions and more dynamic indicators (variety of accounts interacted with, more organic activity, etc).
Glad to see you thinking about it! I’m not crazy about leaderboards myself but as a method to increase engagement to grow a relatively small ecosystem is a great idea.
