Enforced timestamps do by no means prevent transaction order from changing. Transaction propagation is slow and you may receive an 'early' transaction way later than newer ones…

My pleasure, I'm hoping that a better scalable currency will emerge that does not rely on PoW and incorporates smart contracts, but if this doesn't happen, I'll have to agree with you!
