In this reflective overview I would like to tell you what I felt and learnt in this module as it is going to help me a lot in future.This module had lots of discussion in every part of the lecture and even had lots of case analysis was done which helped us to gain more knowledge about the subjects.
The module even allowed me to learn different scenarios to make it perfect with the research. With the help of videos and live examples of current issues which we discussed in class, it really helped me a lot to co-relate all things in my learning.
This module helped me in every prospect of life including quick decision making about the companies which should be concentrated more on finding out information and even concentrating more on every topic and argument which should be covered in the assignment. It helped me a lot in comparing exact information within the company so that new measures can be found out. While concluding, the loophole by which the company should change it operations can also be judged.
Through exposure to different essays and reports from various modules, this course has broadened my mind and knowledge base. I feel more confident about the modules and the approach required. It made me realise that I work the best under pressure. This course forced me to foresight and plan not only for course deadlines but also for personal life. It taught me how important time management acts as in one’s professional and personal life.
While in class discussion we used to create different scenarios about the step the company should next adopt to develop in a quick way which developed lots of idea. Meeting and interviewing new people was also a good interaction for me in knowing the working pattern about the company. It allowed me to finish things within the time frame and allocated time.
To add to the task, when group presentation was in pipeline, pressure increased as I had to organise my time in accordance with my group members. Each one of us came from different walk of life which comes along with different ideologies, ethics and thought process.
We respected each other’s view point, disagree on some and worked together towards the same goal.
This module has broadened my mind along with my knowledge base. I have more concrete ideas to share with people.
Preparing and presenting our topic was the first aim which gave me lots of confidence to face crowd and to share my view among my classmates.
Individual portfolio was complicated for me as had to cover every information about a particular airline and had to analyse the strategy. As there are always lots of competitors in any industry it was really difficult to select an airline which is currently doing good in the industry and what differentiates it. Lots of information from books, journal articles was made along with development of company over years. Finding out comparisons from one airline to other and even finding out the evidences about the development was a difficult task but later on helped me a lot in gaining all knowledge.
Since my classmates were multi-cultured and were quite friendly and participative it was really easy for me to interact with them and gain knowledge about all their lifestyle, thinking , culture and ways of working. I really learnt all information about all countries people and their views. It really helped a lot to make friends as well.

After studying this module, learning method is one of the most worthwhile lessons I have realized. In the long run, these values will play a fairly essential role in stimulating my career. The lecture notes was really impressive as along with the topics discussed we also watched videos related to it which really made the topic easy to understand with a constant flow.
As the time period for me was really less to complete all the assignments it was really a challenging task for time management and doing proper work on right time so that I can give my best in doing assignments. I really had a good cooperation with all my classmates which helped me to share ideas and gave new ideas in working. This made my weaknesses changed into strengths. There were times when I had spent sleepless nights to complete my assignments and to make it best.
I have learnt a lot from this module which have made me confident in every task I decided to do. Every lessons which I learnt were really interesting as it increased my knowledge. Organizing skills of mine has also changed as lot as I now have the courage to make quick decision and plan myself to reach all the deadlines.
If I get a chance to submit all my assignment again, it would be totally improved and I will be able to concentrate more so it might be more precise, fruitful and best according to all my best knowledge.
To cut the story short I would like to add that this module makes me feel more planned, organized and confident about my weaknesses which I witnessed at the starting of the course. This course has made me foresighted towards life and instilled a sense of confidence to excel in which ever field I will enter as far as I make sure to plan, organise and manage time judicially. I will carry the values imparted by the module leaders and remember the changes I experience in myself through the tenure.
This module helped me a lot and motivated me to do all task in nicest way.
