Organic agriculture offers some benefits to the Earth because it seeks to be friendly to the environment in all its processes, but it can affect the health of the consumer.
It is called organic because it only uses natural products, from the preparation of the soil, planting, protection from threats such as weeds, insects or diseases in the leaves and plants, until harvest.
Although in this system the main thing is to make a respectful use of the nutrients of the soil and water, it offers small harvests compared with the performance of traditional agriculture. On the other hand, those who prefer organic fruits and vegetables think that they are taking care of their diet, however it has been proven that they are not richer in vitamins or minerals. That is to say: there is no difference between these and the conventional ones.
The "ecological agriculture" is a technique, which involves the cultivation of all types of plants naturally. This process involves using only biological materials to maintain soil fertility and ecological balance, so that synthetic substances are avoided thereby minimizing pollution and waste.
It is based on the principles of balanced ecological agriculture such as crop rotation, the recycling of organic waste, the use of green fertilizers, the biological control of pests and the use of mineral additives. Organic farming avoids the use of petrochemical fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides.
Ecological or organic agriculture is a production system that is basically oriented to maintain the health of the soil, the surrounding ecosystems and the people directly or indirectly involved with it.
At present, organic or ecological agriculture is a common practice in almost all countries of the world. Agriculture Movements, more than 30 million hectares of agricultural land are now managed organically, particularly in Europe, Australia and North America.
It is based on respect for biodiversity and on each ecological processes and local adaptive cycles, instead of the use of inputs with adverse effects, so it combines tradition, innovation and science in order to benefit the environment environment that we share, to promote fairer relationships between living beings and a better quality of life for all those involved.
A real need
The population of the planet has exploded and the availability of food to meet the needs of all is becoming extremely difficult, so it is essential to resort to sustainable food production.
The green revolution and its chemistry-based technology are losing their appeal as their dividends are falling and yields are unsustainable. Pollution and climate change are negative external factors caused by the use of chemical products based on fossil fuels. So many people have chosen to consume food sown by organic agriculture.
Main objectives
The protection of the quality of the soils with organic material and the promotion of the natural biological activity.
The indirect contribution of nutrients to crops using soil microorganisms.
The raising of livestock naturally, with special emphasis on the care of housing, nutrition, health, breeding and reproduction without chemical inputs.
Nitrogen fixation in soils using pulse crops.
The removal of "weeds" and the control of pests based on methods such as crop rotation, biological diversity, natural predators, organic fertilizers and biological intervention
The care of the environment, the conservation of natural habitats and the protection of wildlife and biodiversity.

The four principles of organic farming
Health: Organic agriculture should contribute to the health and well-being of soil, plants, animals, humans and the earth, since it constitutes the basic sustenance for mental, physical, social and ecological well-being.
Equity: we live on a shared planet, in which treatment and respect must be equal for all the living beings that inhabit it. Organic farming offers an alternative in which the quality of life prevails and seeks to drastically reduce poverty, using natural resources in a judicious manner and preserving them for future generations.
Balance: organic farming must be modeled according to the ecological systems that surround the place where it is practiced, adjusting to natural cycles and respecting biodiversity at all times.

Unlike modern and conventional agricultural methods, organic farming does not depend on synthetic chemicals, instead it uses natural, biological methods to improve soil fertility, such as microbial activity in order to boost the nutrition of plants.
In addition, the practice of multiple crops (to the detriment of monocultures) encourages organic diversity that improves productivity and the capacity of soil recovery, which contributes to a healthy farming system.
Conclusion.
I consider ecological agriculture very important, defends health and does not compromise the health of future generations, I know how dangerous is the use of chemicals in agriculture, taking into account that some people suffer from poor immunology and every time the indiscriminate use of the chemical substances that are generated in the environment is greater, its characteristics of not being able to be destroyed and possible interactions with others, as well as the origin of more toxic metabolic agents, we speak of climate change but in the end we do not apply what we know in spite of the range of knowledge offered by the media, we think only about enriching ourselves but we do not think about the damages for future generations and it is sad when we see so many sick people that in the end we have a small fault in everything that happens to the detriment of humanity and environment.

Excellent topic, organic agriculture avoids chemicals and presticides, what I like the most is that they are not transgenics but that they tend to be as natural as possible. Thanks for the info.
