This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

There is an annual event in Chicago that I go with my wife every other year. We love spending time there, as the city has a lot of things to do. We usually stay near Michigan Ave, where all the famous stores are located. For those who like shopping, that's the main spot. Shopping is not my thing, we stay there because it's near the event. But there are also many good restaurants in the area, so every time we go, we try something different. The city has a very peculiar architecture, and everywhere you look, there are always things to capture around us. I was just browsing my phone and found some pictures I took during our walks, we were there last December. Hope you enjoy it!

Esta é a minha participação no desafio #monomad.

Há um evento anual em Chicago ao qual vou com minha esposa a cada dois anos. Adoramos passear por lá, pois a cidade tem muitas coisas para fazer. Geralmente nos hospedamos perto da Michigan Ave, onde estão localizadas todas as lojas famosas. Para quem gosta de fazer compras, esse é o ponto principal. Mas fazer compras não é minha praia, ficamos lá porque é perto do evento. Mas também há muitos restaurantes bons na área, então toda vez que vamos, experimentamos algo diferente. A cidade tem uma arquitetura muito peculiar e, para onde quer que você olhe, sempre há coisas para capturar ao nosso redor. Eu estava navegando no meu celular e encontrei algumas fotos que tirei durante nossas caminhadas, quando estivemos lá em dezembro passado. Espero que você goste!

I'm not a big baseball fan... even though I have been to a few Padres games.

I highly recommend going to see the Cubs at Wrigley.. you'll want to sit in the bleachers. Forget about the baseball.. it's a great time

Playoff baseball is okay... but I'm a Cubs fan so I rarely have to watch... regular season sucks.. but the over priced beers are delicious..
