Hello everyone, today I'm here to greet you with a cool drink from Birra di Paolino. But today, I'm not just here for drinks, but also for food to go with delicious beer. Let's see the atmosphere of this time. This trip was last summer and we went to have dinner at RISTORANTE - PIZZERIA HOCHEY da Paolino 2021 a restaurant in Misano, Italy, which is near the beach. At that time, there was a motorcycle race, so there were more people than usual.
When we arrived, we found a seat and the waiter came to take the menu. The menu we chose was seafood pizza. The drink was definitely beer. The beer we drank this time was Birra di Paolino (Birra Hell). Actually, there are many flavors, but this time we chose Hell Beer.
Hell Beer is an organic light beer with a bright golden color and dark white foam. From the care of each bottle of beer during the separation of the bottles to prevent the yeast that accumulates at the bottom of the bottle from spilling, you can feel the light aroma of pils malt, similar to fresh bread and wildflower honey. It gives a refreshing feeling with the delicate aroma of hops.
The taste of this beer is well-rounded when you drink it. It's not bitter and has a medium alcohol content. The aroma is just right. And this glass of beer must be eaten with seafood. Of course, for this meal, I chose a seafood pizza. After waiting for a while, the pizza I ordered was served. I don't know what to be surprised about first. The large pizza in front of me looked very delicious. When I ate the pizza with the beer, it was so delicious that I had to order another glass each. In that meal, I enjoyed the pizza and Birra di Paolino, hellish beer but the taste was like heaven.
