The Sons of Fenrir are a Viking battle reenactment group; capturing them in action was a treat, as it was something I stumbled upon unexpectedly. Swords, spears, shields, and armor clashed in one-on-one and group fights. The fighters would also regale the crowd with stories and facts about both Viking life and melee combat. It was an action-filled afternoon, and I was glad to be there to capture it while learning about something I knew little about.
