The article quoted above is somewhat confusing, but it at least is a nice start. It is confusing as it states the original legitimate copy of the Constitution is from 1860 and called the Constitution of the Confederation of the United States of America, signed by Georgia and South Carolina at the end of 1860, and that a fake version, called corrupted Articles of Confederation now known as the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union is the fake one that led to our current constitution. This article fails to mention how the organic constitution is the fake one. It fails to mention that the most complete and best copy we have of the constitution is the one from 1789. That is the legitimate version that needs to be restored. We do have this one available and all the other ones seem to have been all burned or destroyed by the British. If someone can find an earlier copy, please post it here.

● The original Constitution was suspended when Lincoln declared war on the South. The new version drafted by the southern states, that you mention, was never a complete version ratified by all states, although it could be analyzed for that purpose, had Lincoln not declared war on the South and instilled a permanent state of martial law. After the Jesuits murdered Lincoln, this State of Martial Law never ended. The banking cartel took advantage of the Lincoln martial law which was supposed to end after the war, and murdered him then extended this martial law until this day. So Congress is guilty now as each year Congress has secretively renewed this state of martial law and state of military rule since the Civil War which actually never ended and continues up unto this day. We are still at war with the state and with the Federal Government and under a state of Martial law which is being renewed year by year secretively. The article fails to mention this also.

● The original constitution is called the Constitution for the united States of America. That one gave all power to the States and the power came from the bottom up, and not the top down. It envisioned not a top heavy government, but one where the power came from the states, which granted limited powers to the federal government. The current top heavy structure in place is thus unconstitutional. The article fails to mention this. The fake version is called The Constitution of The United States of America. Note how in the original document, the Union was not capitalized in all letters. This is important. Only the word States was capitalized. This signals clearly how the founding fathers wanted all power to be with the States, and not with a centralized top heavey Union of States. So the article does not define correctly the proper and authentic original version of the Constitution. The fake Constitution which was implemented almost a hundred years later by the banking cartel is the Organic Constitution, the fake one.

● Another thing the article fails to mention : The elections of the US, since the Civil War, are not being held under the Constitution of 1789. The Presidential oath of office is not being carried-out property. Thus, The Electoral College is not convening in a constitutional manner and thus is illegitimate. Thus, all elections since the Civil War, including the present one, are illegitimate.

● Trump would only be a legitimate president if the elections were held under the Constitution of 1789. But this is not the case today. Thus, the Electoral College is not convening in a Constitutional manner and thus the current elections are a sham, illegitimate and are only electing the president of a private unconstitutional corporation, as CEO of a private defunct corporation which has alredy been dismantled, not the true president of the united States of America, as required by the original Constitution of the united States of America requires, of 1789.

● Another thing the article fails to mention clearly is the Maritime Law, or Law of the Sea, which replaced the Common Law courts, which were all shut down. Since the Civil War, the Common Law courts can only be invoked from within the Maritime Courts, which are presided by those holding a Title of Esquire, which is a Title of Nobility, forbidden in the original 13th amendment. The article fails to mention how all present Bar Lawyers and judges, by holding a Title of Esquire, are violating the 13 th amendment. It is important to note also how the shills post various versions of the 13 th amendment, so as to confuse, when in reality there is only one genuine version. The US courts are corrupt to the core - they have been military administrative courts since the Reconstruction after the Civil War. The Constitution has not thus been in effect since the Civil War, and is only applicable in the US Supreme Court. Each state, on the other hand, have their own constitutions. Your article fails to mention how the constitution thus is no longer in effect within the Maritime Courts.

● There are other aspects the article fails to mention – the fake Trusts.

● It fails to mention also the ALL CAPS names set up as corporate entities in the name of all Americans when they are born and how this is sold on the capital markets. It fails to mention the insurance policy set up on this all caps name, and how the government profits from you when you die. It fails to mention how the courts profit when you are sued in a federal court, as they profit each time the state is successful in suing you.

● The article fails to mention that you become a US Citizen by choice, by agreeing that the all caps name is you. If you disagree and take the correct procedures to separate yourself from that all caps name, as Anna Von Reitz explains how to do, you will become no longer a citizen of anything. Being a citizen means slavery. You will be a free man and a resident of your own state. Your article fails to mention how the state steals your birth certificate when you are born and forces your mother to hand you over to the state, by illegal forceful coersion that is unconstitutional.

● Also, all states need to enter in with the proper proceedings to close down the Maritime courts of law legally, and once this is done, re-open all the Common Law Courts which have been closed down since the Civil War.

► An Article V Constitution Convention of the States would reset our Constitution. This is what we need, not more fake elections selecting presidents which are members of the Swiss Octogon Templars, as is the case of Donald J. Trump. Unless he acknowledges that the current elections are a sham, that the US is a private corporation, that all taxes to to the bankers, that the constitution is no longer in effect, and that we are in a constant state of martial law, with the constitution suspended in the courts, and are all slaves to the bankers and to the private federal reserve and foreign owned IRS, CIA, FBI, BLM and private foreign owned agencies, he is not a legitimate president, and the current structure of government is unconstitutional. Unless he recognizes this, he is not the president of a constitutional Republic, but rather of a forged Democracy not operating fully under the constitution but rather under special war powers and under a constant state of martial law.

● The article also fails to mention the entire history of the creation of Washington D.C. and how it´s very formation is an offense to the original constitution. The US was forced to cede that land to the bankers after it had become heavily indebted to the private bankers during the Revolutionary war, then the Civil War. Thus, when the bankers seized that land, they formed the private corporation, with the headquarters in Washington, and that is the only true United States of America, Inc. Only residents of Washington D.C. are truly US Inc. Citizens. They make all citizens for slavery by consent- when you agree to the all caps name created in your name, identify with it, and recognize you are that all caps fictitious corporation, when you enter a maritime court, you are giving them permission to sue that private corporation and you become a citizen of Washington DC and the private corporation. If you renounce that, they only have power within the limites of WA DC, 10 square miles or so. They have thus NO JURISDICTION in the states, not to seize land, not to impose martial law within the states, nor to bring in federal cases into the states, as they are doing currently. This is all over reach and unconstitutional.

The US is a corporation since the Act that created the corporate capital WA D.C.
