Then the saint explained to him and said, "Look, the door of heaven has opened." The man understood. The saint explained him further and said, "Sir, heaven and hell are not anywhere else, they are within us. Living in ego, anger, and jealousy is hell. And living in love, humility, and friendship is heaven. We create our own heaven and hell. Just like having enmity is hell, being friendly with everyone is heaven. However, due to ego, attachment, illusion, and anger, one has to face hell. Heaven or hell is not a physical place made somewhere. It is within us. It is a mentality. Living with good thoughts is heaven. Living with bad thoughts and adopting bad thoughts is hell. Heaven is not harming anyone with your body, speech, or mind. And this is the truth. This is life.
