Just before I travelled to Muscat I removed the last lot of fresh veggies from the garden. Well, last lot means it's not the end of the growth, it's still growing, but it's the last lot for me before I travelled as by the time I again go back there, it will be almost the setting of monsoon season. The most that's growing right now in the Garden are the Radish and Tomatoes. Before this it was the Brocoli, Lady Fingers, Beans and Capsicum. Quite a few herbs are also growing. It's a continuous process now and something or the other is always growing in the garden depending on the season. Once the monsoon sets in then there will be no vegetables growing.
The fruit trees that are planted are going to take some time before it starts giving any fruits. That's why it is also very rightly said, fruits of patience :-)
The Radishes are growing in abundance right now, and I removed a lot of them. They are the pink ones, I have them in Salad, they are extremely good, and nutrition wise also very good rich of antioxidants.

Then there are tomatoes, they are not completely ripe up, but it's ok to remove them, they can ripe off the tree also. Those with a little tint of red that had started coming up, I plucked those ones as they would ripe up faster. Like these
It's a bag full of them, somewhere close to 4 to 5 kgs.
The tomatoes I wrapped them up in a newspaper and then kept them in a closed shelf.
This is after 2 days, where you can see how hey have all changed the color to red and almost ready to be used. 2 days more and they would be perfect for use.
And my favorite Brocoli
I made a mix veggie with it for one of the meals.
Then there is fenugreek which I removed
And some coriander, which is used on daily basis in my kitchen.
This is all I removed for consumption.
Now, it's going to be a long break till I again get to see my garden. My caretaker does send me pictures and videos but watching it in real has it's own level of satisfaction. And now I can only watch pictures of it, cannot use anything growing in it. But that's fine, as far as it's growing I am happy.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
