The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 0.1013 BTC to @dynamicrypto. He promises to repay 0.11143 btc back in six months time. (This is roughly 5000 usd worth and 10% interest)
Bank shall pay BTC to client's address: 31wm6ZiFZgq7Yq5p4DWTNQ9mgTD6ZnqD4L
@dynamicrypto shall offer up his account as collateral. His staked Hive, SPS, and Splinterlands cards shall be considered part of the collateral. Cards shall be locked for 30 days. Client promises not to unlock cards, or power down SPS or Hive power without bank's permission.
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the owed value, or if it is necessary to powerdown to pay the loan, then the full powerdown should go to the bank.
The Lendee agrees this contract remains valid regardless of any flags this contract post might receive.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
Collateral is returned upon successful completion of loan.

it is not necessary to give your master keys away yet I chose it instead of transferring the collateral assets to his holding account as I am utilizing those assets actively :D I have known of this lender for over a few years now and trust him more than a bank which also holds your assets...

Look it is cool. No worries. I talk too much and have been given the hint several times in chat to stop talking and justifiably so. I did not enjoy the chat being changed either. it is a btc loan not usd so i borrow .1 and repay .11 within 6 months, simple terms. If btc keeps dropping I buy more and make out like a bandit, if it goes up I bought some btc3l futures shares and will also make out like a bandit! #hedge
