Whenever you move coins, interest is destroyed. It doesn't matter if they left the wallet or not, they were still moved unfortunately.

I don't believe DWP was ever discussed when making the CBR proposal. The proposal was made in reference to our current system. Any further reward changes with DWP can be made in the DWP proposal.
