It is like time is frozen and the potential to walk back in the past appear to be at reach if you have the motivation.My entry in the #monomad challenge is the black and white photos.
A view from the beach to the city, the buildings look so small in comparison to the vast sandbank.
My walk during the afternoon at the beach presented a beautiful moment full of imagination and motivation.
It was not only the scenery and the sound of the waves that created the boost of energy, but also the commitment of some fisherman ready to risk everything to capture enough fish to support their family.
The waves are not going to make the task easy to any operation offshore in the most pack of resources area regarding ocean fruit.
Two organized ideas fighting daily to reach a certain agreement is the fought I was building as the events on the beach followed their natural course.
Black and white photos bring additional value to the moment as you capture the instant on your camera.
I was fascinated by this constant movements of the waves dragging the sand off, then returning a large volume of shiny particles of sand back on the beach.

How is the wave on your beach?
Do you experience the same sensation from a beach with no wave compare to the beach in the Cotonou?
It takes time to create this sand shape on the ground after the water return to the Ocean during the low tide.
It is common to find a shellfish of exquisite color along the pattern on the ground. I did not find a big white shell, but I observed a myriad of colorful small empty shell shining under a moderate Sunlight.
