Un ascenso y un perdón.
Hace pocos días, me ascendieron en el trabajo, y me dieron el cargo de gerente de servicios generales. Eso significa, que ahora estaré encargado de todo el funcionamiento de la planta, la limpieza, la organización de las áreas de trabajo, el comedor industrial, y de resolver todos los problemas que de alguna u otra manera se puedan presentar en lo referente, a fallas eléctricas, mantenimiento de equipos y otras responsabilidades.
Me alegra mucho el haber obtenido este puesto, ya que desde hace 5 años, desde que me nombraron supervisor, no recibía un ascenso. Y en esa época, nos nombraron supervisores a Adriana y a mí, y recuerdo que ella no estaba muy contenta con mi ascenso, ya que había una amiga de ella que era más antigua que yo, y ella quería que su amiga tuviese el cargo. Pero finalmente, ascendimos los dos, y aunque sé que no le caigo muy bien, no puedo negar que ella es una excelente trabajadora.
Y el otro punto, interesante, es que me nombraron gerente, y no jefe de servicios, y ese cargo está vacío desde hace una semana, de hecho lo estábamos atendiendo los supervisores. Y así inicié mi labor como gerente en la empresa, dejando atrás una carta de hace cinco años, y todo lo que decía en el pasado, e iniciando con pie seguro, y formando un nuevo equipo de trabajo en el presente.
