This week I have actually decided to do a Pick A Card reading, just to shake things up a bit.This is @phillyc's take on the tarot tuesday.

This is an intuitive reading, straight off the top of the dome. My purposes for doing this:

You as a human being retain full agency in your life. Take what you will, use it and apply it. It's you who changes your life by taking action and changing your vibration. The reading is merely a potential for what is happening right now.

Now Let's Take a Look
Card 1 - Knight of Wands
You are an Adventurer, and life is an adventure.
Adventures aren't always pleasant, in fact it's necessary to have some challenge or enemy to overcome. Spend some time contemplating which adventure you would like to embark on. Preferably something that excites you, which bards will sing about for many moons to come.
It could be venturing into the woods, or it could simply be going to the grocery store. Perhaps it's a little more involved, like writing a book or designing a shoe. Whatever the process, remember that you are an adventurer with a vast supply of enthusiasm.
Cleaning the fridge can be defined as confronting an evil monster, as well as having a difficult conversation with someone. Remember that as an adventurer you have many special abilities to use in tough situations. An optimistic attitude, and an ability to laugh at yourself and others will prove to be invaluable this week. Think of humour as your ultimate attack, for when you have no other options.
Adventurers work well in groups or 'parties'. Each adventurer uses their special talents to help in specific situations. Whether that be fighting, casting spells, sneaking, healing, or whatever else.
What are your special talents? Set them free and enjoy the silliness of pretending and being something spectacular. It all starts right now, and our ability to get fired up about something.
Card 2 - Five of Wands
Round up the gang!
The five of wands indicates a time of lively cavorting, don't underestimate what can be achieved through playful banter, collaboration, or even competition. Your raucous escapades need not involve alcohol or any other inebriant, the only necessary components are a desire to play and at least one companion.
What happens when sticks rub together? Fires get started! Or at the very least smoke gets created and your hands start to get sore. You see where I am going here, it's time to throw what we have into the mix and see what happens. If you've been working on some music or painting, or anything else creative - now is the time to loosen it up a bit.
Perhaps show people what you've got so far, and enjoy the lively discussion about where to go next. You may not agree but you might find the inspiration to continue.
Losing the structure and just 'jamming' may also be called for. Whether that's giving yourself three pages to scribble without any intent, or just making weird noises in the shower. It's all about experimentation and seeing what happens. Lovely new life force will flow in when we drop the pretense of knowing what the hell is going on.

Card 3 - Ten of Pentacles
'The Family'
Think about who you are involved with, and are they in some way like an Italian mafia family? Let's be clear, this is a metaphor, I want to take this Mafia metaphor and roll with it - there's some rich ground to explore here.
Gangsters may actually have a bad reputation, and their position may actually have been engendered through how the state treated them. In a sense they might just be very well off renegades, sort of like robin hood. Sure there are mean things like stealing and killing, yet anyone who has seen a mafia movie will admit to something endearing about these 'gangsters'. At the very least they have great accents which can lighten the mood of any situation.
Al Capone was known to have run a soup kitchen which fed many thousands of people during a tough time economically. Who is the real villain? Some times the stories we get are heavily manipulated. Explore this theme in your life.
It's all about who is 'in the family' and who is outside of it. Think about situations where including and excluding has become a relevant theme. Is it time to let someone back into the fold? Or perhaps it's time to cut off your support for someone who is refusing to grow up?
The endearing mobster will do anything for their family, including 'whacking' someone and sending them to sleep with the fishes. I don't encourage you to go this far with your familial love, but think about what you can do for you loved ones to show your support.
Family is not necessarily blood, it's about honor and respect. We honor those who honor us. We do our duty to keep everything running smoothly. Thieves codes may hold more water than the oaths that police take, power is so often abused, so we must continually remain humble - lest we become tyrants to those we have power over.
