Its 3:30AM monday morning and busy preparing food orders of lemon kissed shrimps.
Lets see how many servings I can make with this 2 kilos of shrimp.
Need to deliver it by 8AM.
Sleep at 8:30AM and I still have a work shift at 12PM.
Talking about tight schedule. Good luck to me later specially on a Monday.

Got this directly from fish port Its 340 pesos per kilo, so about 6-7 USD.
if its bought in supermarketd its about 13-15 USD.
