You might have already seen a lot of posts from the amazing Hivers who attended the first HiveBeeCon in Krakow, Poland 2023. The meetup event was amazing, I got to know many new faces behind the Hive accounts once again. Before going to the deep and main event, I will write a little bit extra about my personal experience at KBK (@krolestwo) and in Krakow.
I already wrote about my journey to Poland and you can read it here if you haven't.
I came to know about KBK (@krolestwo) when I was in Katowice, Poland after fleeing from the Ukraine war. I even remember, @jocieprosza told me to visit Krakow and to spend some time at KBK, the "kingdom without limits". In my opinion, that was not the right time for me to visit Krakow but in my mind, I always told myself that I would visit Krakow, KBK one day. I even started following Dawid (@hallmann) but we didn't have a chat. I even don't know if he noticed me or not because I was a silent reader and admirer of his photography.
So, my connection with Poland, my desire to visit KBK (the kingdom), and to meet my Hive family once again all together inspired me to go to Poland once again. After reaching Krakow on 6th October, I asked @blind-spot about our next destination while standing at John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice because I had no plans for 6th October. When he told me that we were directly going to KBK, I was excited (I didn't express my excitement in front of him). Blind has a long connection with KBK, Dawid, and Aga, and KBK is like family to him but KBK was a mystery to me until then. I have heard a lot of stories and experiences about Kingdom from Blind but that's it. Even we played the Briscott game together which he learned from KBK as well. Anyway, after reaching KBK directly from the airport, Dawid welcomed us with an open heart.
Królestwo Bez Kresu (KBK)
I was astonished to see the kingdom itself in front of me where all the magic happens. I knew about KBK but at that moment, the kingdom was beyond my expectations. I don't know where to start because every inch of KBK is full of detailed stories. Every wall has a meaning, every corner was holding a story. I told Dawid directly that I wouldn't be able to explore the entire KBK just in one or two days because this is huge. My architect mindset came alive at that time and started exploring all at once. My only regret is I didn't take many photos of KBK.
The first thing that came to my mind was who organized and always cleaned this place because I know maintaining such an enriched space is challenging. Pieces of Furniture, shelves, corners, walls, books, decorations everything was so unique and different, you cannot find those vintage, historical, and unique pieces easily.
Famous wall with paintings, photographs, and books. This is a working space also.
As I said, I didn't have enough time to see all the photographs in detail. This is just one wall of the entire space.
Natalia is from Ukraine and currently staying in Poland with her young son. She often comes to KBK to take her Polish lesson along with other Ukrainians. Her son plays with Lorenzo (@helicoptermoney). Natalia is a soft-spoken lady who speaks English a little bit (if I am not wrong) and works in Poland with an organization.
This was the first time I met Lorenzo at KBK, a simple well-spoken Italian guy who offered me his place to stay while I was in Krakow. We started talking while Lorenzo was playing with the Ukrainian kid.
Such moments happen in KBK, I am one of those who was fortunate enough to experience the world of KBK. KBK is not just confined within the Hive community, it has a connection with the outside world as well. It's a creative place based on the Hive blockchain and world.
I was sleepy, I barely could keep my eyes open but I tried. I met @justynao that day for the first time. Like I said, I was tired so I was lying/sitting on the sofa and was hearing all the conversation. Justynao is really sweet and her knowledge and explanation about a topic I really admire.
KBK is a kingdom for a reason I am sure. Dawid explained to me a lot of things about KBK. I will share them in my next post.
HiveBeeCon, 7th October 2023
Finally, the day arrived, 7th October HiveBeeCon day. We stayed somewhere 20 minutes away from the center of Krakow and our destination was Salt Mine. Our day started with an excursion (will write a separate post focusing on the salt mine). We took the train from Krakow Bronowice, the nearest train to our location, and on our way we gonna met other Hivers who would be catching the same train from Krakow Glowny Station (Kraków Main Station). So, on the train, I have met @delishtreats, @mipiano, Stefan, @ph1102, @livinguktaiwan, and her husband and @zirochka. Together we were going to the salt mine. And greet - meet happened on the train. I met Zirochka, Martina, PH, Pauline, and Stefan before in Hivefest Amsterdam but I met Mipiano on the train for the first time. Interesting isn't it...
After our exploration of Salt Mine, we directly went to KBK. Well, @asia-pl and @jocieprosza were already waiting for me there along with Bombel. I consider them my Polish family and I can't explain how happy I was seeing them after a long time (after 1 and a half years). Bombel has grown up a lot since then because I saw him when he was a little baby (well he is still a baby).
I had a chat with @mipiano when we were in Salt Mine and I told her how much I admire her posts. I am also her silent follower :D. It was lovely meeting you Mipiano and I would love to increase our connection in the near future. I am sorry I missed the concert due to my dinner plan.
This time I got time to chat/talk with @livinguktaiwan, our discussion was personal mostly based on Ukraine and my Netherlands lifestyle. She gave me some good advice and I am gonna follow them. I wanna thank her for the delicious cookies. That's a really thoughtful gift and I am thankful for the time we spent together talking to each other while walking on the street of Krakow.
It was nice seeing you again @m31 and @lemony-cricket; hopefully, next time we can chat a little bit more. Thank you for the cute Hive pin, it is so cute.
Whenever I meet @zirochka, I feel like I am meeting someone from my family because we are close to each other and have a connection. We talk a lot and share our feelings with each other about Ukraine and life. Our bonding is not limited to the blockchain, it is much more. She is such a brave person who is still living in Ukraine and traveled from Ukraine to Poland just to meet us.
The best part was meeting @phortun for the first time, I knew his real name somehow but I didn't know he was Phortun, the same person. He mentioned in his post what we discussed and I really appreciate his concerns for us, for the Ukrainians. I am really grateful for what he did for us and how he was involved in finding shelter for us in Poland when we fled from Ukraine.
I also appreciate the conversation with @deepresearch, in person this was our first meet-up but we talked a lot on Hive blockchain. I am not gonna write what we discussed but all I can say is I really appreciate our conversation, he is really a wise person and knows a lot.
This photo is a real memory and shows the power of friendship and community.
This is one of the nice moments with Pauline, Mipiano, me, and HiveBeeCon.
It was nice to meet you guys once again @llunasoul, @growandbow, @edje, @mynewlife, @evelynchacin (advance congratulation). I was more of a listener of all the conversations. I hope to see @evelynchacin again when I will be in Katowice.
It was nice to meet you guys once again @llunasoul, @growandbow, @edje, @mynewlife. I was more of a listener of all the conversations.
Many people joined outside of the blockchain as well. Unfortunately, I couldn't talk to everyone because I was tired a little bit. More than 10 people joined HiveBeeCon. I was more focused on interaction rather than taking photos.
I wanna thank you once again @gtg and @krolestwo for organizing this meet-up. You guys are an awesome host. You guys have managed everything perfectly. Thank you for inviting us and thanks for delivering us some great moments.
Thank you...
Love
Priyan...
I am @priyanarc.... An architect, a dreamer, and a passionate writer who loves to write about life. I try to present my own perspective and experiences. Please leave your feedback and criticism because it's the only way I can know and reach your mind and thoughts easily...
It was great seeing you again Priyan. Having been through so much in the past year, you have proved you are a strong girl and with the support you get I'm sure you will get your l life back on track very soon! Stay strong and have confidence in yourself!!
Thank you so much. I really appreciate our discussion and it helped me a lot in understanding a few things about life. I am now focusing on only getting better...
I'm glad I didn't miss this second part of your experience, and the passion in each of your words makes me think you can keep talking about this meeting for a long time to come hehe. It's amazing how everything comes at the perfect time, your destiny was to visit this place and finally the opportunity was given, besides being a very pleasant experience for you, that's why I myself have chosen not to force things because if they are destined to happen then it will happen.
I have really enjoyed reading you all and I hope that there will be more meetings like this one, I even hope that I can attend one day in Europe, a continent that I don't know yet but that I admire a lot. We pray a lot here for the cessation of wars because the problem of one is the problem of all, and I hope that this kind of meeting is the best way to continue uniting nations and strengthening bonds of friendship... In love with your post and the pictures you have shared here, happy day!.
The world is in crisis now and I notice it every single day. I appreciate my life and am grateful for everything, for the opportunities I am given. Every day I face challenges and difficulties but I also get the chance to experience joy and happiness. I couldn't add everything in one post because it's a lot and nobody gonna read an extra-long post.
It was really nice seeing all the people in person from the blockchain...
Thank you very much! It was really nice to meet you and I also hope we will meet again when you come to Katowice to talk more. A hug! 🤗
I hope next time I will be able to meet new members of our family as well. I am not so sure when I will come but all I know is soon...
I'm looking forward to it too! So, let me know when you come 🤗❤️
Definitely I will...
I hope there will be many more visits to KBK. There is still a lot to discover ;)
Oh yes for sure, I know now I can sleep on the couch :D
Wow! You had quite an adventure. I'm tired out reading it. It's so good to see your fire reignited!
Well, I would love to invite you to the Netherlands and the next hive meetup if possible. I am sure you will enjoy my company :P
This post is unfinished and I finished it in a hurry. Around 24-30 hours I stayed in Krakow and so much happened :D
I'm sure I would. I'm getting a little long in the tooth though. They will probably think I'm someone's grandma! 😁
I am not young either, getting fat, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation... So, nobody gonna judge you :P
I am sure such kind of places like KBK attract you more and KBK is a museum/ kingdom whatever you like to call it. Like I said, I didn't see 50% of KBK still because it has so much to see and learn.
Anyway, I wanted to join PYPT a few weeks ago but I forgot which alliance was it. I have to check Shadow's post to find the alliance. I appreciate all the love and support people give me, it matters a lot to me...
This must have been never-ending fun you had. Thanks for sharing @priyanarc
Yes, Sam, I guess I told you about Krakow meet-up when we were at Techex. I hope you will be able to join the next Hive meet-ups. It was nice...
Hello @priyanarc , how nice that you were able to travel for this meeting, you chose a beautiful place full of many interesting objects, I would have felt absorbed in that place wanting to see everything at the same time, I see that you called your attention to the roof lined with newspaper because you highlight them in your photos, I also called my attention and so far you are the only one who presented it in this way I liked it a lot.
Take care of yourself, I send you a big hug from a distance.🤗
I asked KBK how they came up with such ideas because the collection of the objects, the thinking process, and presenting them in such a way in a space is challenging. Because I know how hard it is to find such unique pieces and preserve them properly. I didn't even see half of the collections I must admit. The immense level of work KBK has done to make this space " A Kingdom or a Museum". Thank you for noticing all of the details, I wish I could take more photos when I was there...
Oh, it's wonderful to put faces on usernames. Meet people through their gestures and looks, talk directly... incredible. Thank you for also sharing these moments of happiness, I am very happy that you went and enjoyed. ♥️🤗

(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoI have been meeting and interacting with a lot of people recently but what I noticed is that when I interact with individuals who belong to a similar mentality, our conversation never stops and the connection grows. I hope one day you will manage to join/attend Hivemeeetups as well...
Yes, you’re on fire lately, hehe. I enjoy reading your posts about your meetings, I feel I am there with you. 😁
Hahaha, yes; after long dark days, I saw a few delightful days in life... :D
Beautiful post! Thanks for sharing, I also felt I didn’t take enough photos of the kingdom >.< but I took lots of the salt mine so I thought as well about the idea of making a post focus on that :)
You know, I was chatting to @growandbow about how we didn’t get to talk! I realised wasn’t aware of the time neither that I wasn’t going to see you again now… sending you a big hug and hopefully there will be another opportunity soon 🙏
This is also my focus and I really hope I can recall all the information provided by the guide. Hahaha...
I think this happened because of time, we all were busy talking here and there and having a good time. At least we sat together and had lunch. I hope we will meet again, if you come to the Netherlands, let me know...
In all this hurry, I forgot to comment on your post! 😱
It was nice to meet you again and I enjoyed the time spent with all the guys at #HiveBeeCon, but also at the salt mine excursion, the restaurant where we had lunch, etc!
I hope I have collected enough HIVE energy to survive until the next HIVE Meetup! 😃
You took some great photos from the parts of the KBK that I didn't even notice... Thanks!
And here you are :D Hahaha...
KBK has a lot of treasures and it's impossible to notice them in a short period of time. I feel like I haven't seen KBK's 50% treasures. Darn, I have to visit KBK again. This was our second meetup and I hope we will meet again and will have a good time all together. The salt mine was really unique and the lunch was nice too...
God, I have so much to write in upcoming days, I need to save some energy :D
See you guys soon...
Another beautiful report from that very special event that we all will remember forever :) It was a great pleasure to meet you Priyan! Hopefully, see you soon :)
@tipu curate 3
Time flies but the event moments feel like yesterday, I am trying to read each and every one's post. Such an amazing event has a great impact on everyone's life. I hope in the future more Hivers will join HiveBeeCon.
It was nice to meet you finally and now I can place a face on Phortun's blockchain account :D
Thank you... See ya...

Lovely to see guys in one frame.
Good moments and a lovely memory in one frame :)
It might be your attitude, it might be Hive family feeling, it might be shared experienced, but i felt like I had known you for a loooong time already. Thank you for this special conversation, I keep it as a treasure. Please, let me know if you would visit Katowice.
I also appreciate our discussion and I wish we could talk more. I was tired at last and also had to catch the flight so had to leave early.
