If you are into beer you need to try Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen. Its essentially a dark beer made with smoked malt so it tastes like bacon.

I've recently started to get into low acid French roasts and some Italian, especially for cold brew. I do enjoy a nice breakfast blend here and there for some extra caffeine though.

Or if you are doing big batches its 1 cup coffee grounds to 4 cups water. I just got the Primula MyBev which does cold brew and it's changed my life. I recommend 24 hours steeping for full flavor.
