My nephew sent me some buko pie from his wife’s town of Passi. I thought it was a whole pie but actually small mini pies! They were good and practical.
The box said buko pie, I only saw the 10 pieces later.
It was good cold but better hot.
When sliced you can see the buko or coconut bits.
