Happy evening #jewerly friends, I hope you are having a great weekend. Today I want to share with you a variation of a delicate necklace that I shared with you a few days ago.
It is a necklace with a small pendant that I fell in love with and I decided to make a similar one incorporating pearls. In this case a solitaire cultured pearl for the pendant and some pearl beads, plus golden balls and three different types of chains for the rest of the necklace.
This variation I consider that it is a little more striking than the previous one because of the presence of pearls, besides being a little more dressy, so to speak, as they give it a touch of elegance that I loved.
Feliz noche amigos de #jewerly, espero estén teniendo un excelente fin de semana. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una variante de un delicado collar que compartí con ustedes hace unos días.
Se trata de un collar con un pequeño colgante del cual quedé enamorada y me propuse hacer uno similar incorporándole perlas. En éste caso una perla cultivada en solitario para el colgante y unas cuentas perladas, además de balines dorados y tres tipos de cadenas diferentes para el resto del collar.
Ésta variación considero que es un poco más llamativa que la anterior por la presencia de las perlas, además de ser un poco más de vestir por decirlo de alguna manera, ya que le aportan un toque de elegancia que a mí me encantó.
And as it happens with most of the accessories that I share with you, this one is quite simple in terms of its elaboration since it is practically a matter of cutting and joining pieces, but at the same time it is unique thanks to the combination of chains, charms and pearls that give it a super original touch.
Three completely different styles of chain, two types of pearls and two types of beads make this accessory a really original garment and although so many different pieces might make you think it is too much, for me it is quite the opposite, because they combine perfectly with each other.
And not to make this post longer, let's go straight to the materials I used!

Y como sucede con la mayoría de los accesorios que les comparto, éste es bastante sencillo en cuanto a su elaboración pues prácticamente se trata de cortar y unir piezas, pero al mismo tiempo es único gracias a la combinación de cadenas, dijes y perlas que le dan un toque súper original.
Tres estilos de cadena completamente diferentes, dos tipos de perlas y dos tipos de balines hacen de éste accesorio una prenda realmente original y aunque tantas piezas diferentes pudiesen hacerles pensar que es demasiado, para mí es todo lo contrario, pues combinan perfectamente entre sí.
Y para no hacer más largo el post, vamos directamente a los materiales que utilicé!
Tres cadenas de estilos diferentes
Balines dorados (lisos y con grecas)
Perlas pequeñas
Perla cultivada
Alambre dorado
Argollas
Pinzas
Tenaza
With all the materials ready, we are ready to work and the first thing we will do is to cut 3cm pieces of one of the chains we have chosen, which we will attach to two golden balls.
Con todos los materiales dispuestos ya estamos listos para trabajar y lo primero que haremos será cortar piezas de 3cm de una de las cadenas que elegimos, la que uniremos a dos balines dorados.
To make the balls we will need a 3cm piece of wire, close one of its ends, insert the ball, cut the excess wire and close it.
Para la elaboración de los balines necesitaremos una pieza de 3cm de alambre, cerramos una de sus puntas, insertamos el balin, recortamos el excedente de alambre y cerramos.
Once we have our two balls, we will attach them to the chain and repeat the process as many times as necessary until we obtain the desired length. Taking into consideration that it is for only one side of the necklace.
Una vez tenemos nuestros dos balines los uniremos a la cadena y repetiremos el proceso cuantas veces sea necesario hasta obtener el largo deseado. Tomando en consideración que es para un solo lado del collar.
For the next piece of our chain, we will assemble two plain golden beads, two with grecas and two small pearls, which we will attach to a 6cm piece of link chain. Having this way one of the parts that will form the second half of our necklace.
Para la siguiente pieza de nuestra cadena armaremos dos balines dorados lisos, dos con grecas y dos perlas pequeñas, las que uniremos a una pieza de 6cm de cadena de eslabones. Teniendo de ésta manera una de las partes que conformarán la segunda mitad de nuestro collar.*
To complete the rest of the necklace we will use our third chain, which we will cut so that with it we have a piece of the same size as the first side of the first side we made.
Para completar el resto del collar utilizaremos nuestra tercera cadena, la que recortaremos de manera que con ella tengamos una pieza del mismo tamaño que el primer lado del primer lado que elaboramos.
For the pendant we will take a 3cm piece of the first chain we used, to which we will place a golden ball on one of its ends and the cultured pearl on the other.
Para el colgante tomaremos una pieza de 3cm de la primera cadena que utilizamos, a la que en uno de sus extremos colocaremos un balin dorado y en el otro la perla cultivada.
Next we will proceed to assemble the chain, for which we will use a medium ring in which we will insert one of the halves of the necklace, the pendant and the other half of the necklace.
Seguidamente procederemos a ensamblar la cadena, para lo cual utilizaremos una argolla mediana en la que insertaremos una de las mitades del collar, el colgante y la otra mitad del collar.
To finish our necklace we will add the clasp to close it, which in this case is a hook type clasp and with this our necklace is ready to be used.
Para finalizar nuestro collar agregaremos el broche para cerrar, que en éste caso es uno tipo anzuelo y con ésto nuestro collar ya estaría listo para ser usado.
As you can see it is not complicated to make but the final result is really beautiful and delicate. Now I only need this style of necklace with fuchsia beads and I would have the three styles I wanted, so stay tuned for when I share the tutorial.
