Is Ripple XRP a good investment option?

I have summarized some pros and cons based on my understanding, would like to know your views on the same :

Pros :

Ripple is a system which allows, “Secure, Instant, and nearly free global transactions of any size with no chargebacks”.
The goal of the ripple system, according to its website, is to enable people to break free of the “walled gardens” of financial networks – ie, credit cards, banks, PayPal and other institutions that restrict access with fees, charges for currency exchanges, and processing delays.
This is creating the first global system where their are no limits to how much money you can send and you get to circumvent the varying cost associated with different countries.
This will allow money to more easily circulate around the globe and speed up the rate of globalization.
This will help Transnational Corporations grow in power since it will enable them to pay their workers easier.

Cons:

Ripple lacks in fundamental concept that started the revolution of crypto currencies : Decentralization.
Ripple Labs created every XRP token there ever will be, meaning the currency cannot be “mined” or earned “de-centrally”.
Ripple is blockchain for banks, primarily focused on B2B. Normal consumers are not supposed to interact with the system and have better alternatives available.
XRP supply: There is 100 billion XRP and current market cap is based on 38 billion. The company holds 65 billion XRP of which 55 billion is presumably locked.
The company can anytime decide to cash in on the value, or completely devalue the market by flooding it with cheap XRP.
