Greetings and season wishes to all Hivers and Amazingdrinks friends . Hope we are all in the seasonal mood counting down and warming up on how we are going to enjoy this special holidays 🎄🎉.
Winter ❄️ season is one of my best weather time of the year coupled with being the season we celebrate 🎉 Christmas 🎄 but it cones most times with some hash weather which affects most people, bringing sour throat, flu, cold 🥶, crack voice and even affects our skin.
Despite all the season of Winter ❄️ is associated with I still love 💕 the weather because it gives some special feel that we get to enjoy, making us to have lots of traditional preparation into Christmas 🎄.
Today friends I prepare a special winter flu, cold and sour throat remedy recipe to share with you. This remedy combination is made of turmeric, lemon 🍋 and black pepper ☕️🫖. This combination infusion is what I have used most times during winter ❄️ and years of heavy rain ☔️.
As winter sets in now, through the Christmas 🎄 and into the new year, I recommend this special tea ☕️ infusion to us , especially those who suffers from winter flu, cold 🥶 and sour throat.
Here I teach you how to prepare best this infusion with step by step.
INGREDIENTS:
Thumbs of turmeric (according to serving)
1 sizable lemon 🍋
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (add more if required)
2 glasses of water 💦
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I will first peel and grate the turmeric. Grating the turmeric will allow more if its juice to be infused
Step 2.
I will wash the lemon and slice in rounds
Step 3.
To infuse them together, I will set water on the cooker. And once it starts boiling, I will add the turmeric and allow to boil more to infuse well
Step 4.
Next I will add the sliced lemon into the turmeric , allowing to continue boiling for some seconds, then add the black peppers . Allow all to boil to incorporate evenly.
Step 5.
Set it down and allow to cool just a bit.
Step 6.
You can sieve the infused tea if desire or allow to sieve while serving into the cup or mug.
And here I serve the infused turmeric, lemon 🍋 and black pepper ☕️🫖. This is a rich healthy remedy for this winter ❄️ flu, cold and sour throat recipe. As we prepare for winter, lets incorporate this ingredients in our shopping list to enjoy the Christmas in full health and happiness.
