  Probably not uncoincidentally, my magnitude started reading zero and my wallet stopped staking the same day this update came out. Updating has not fixed the issue.

  Wouldn't the pomegranate botnet account for a lot of this increase? Their first cpid advertised its beacon about 4 months ago.

  As I commented in the other thread, this behavior will only get worse over time. I think there will have to be a reckoning with how gridcoin rewards are distributed for things to be any different.
