I went here again to this one of the food stalls here in the town and this time, I wen here alone because I want to explore and experience another kind of street food snack from this place.
It's really different when I go here by myself than going with friends or family and the experience will also different.
Anyway, I decided on going here again because exploring is one of my hobby and I hadn't enough time to explore and to look for food when we went here with my co-workers.
This time, exploring from this place makes me choose on what kind of food do I want to eat and what other food that interests me since there are a couple of foods that I can choose from.
Although, most of them were common street food that I usually ate when I was still in my old town but discovering new kind of food is really different and makes me want to buy.
So, there are a couple of stalls that I am eyeing and one of that is the dynamite food which is basically a pepper combined with wrapper, and cheese inside.
Topped with mayo sauce and poof! their combination with a spicy feeling with some flavorful taste is really great but the price is not what I expected that is also 15php, I thought that this food is cheaper but unexpectedly the price is more expensive that what I expected.
After that, I walk to different kinds of stalls and they are usually the same kind of food that they were selling until I went to the last stall which is different from the rest of the other food stall.
It's a sisig store, I love eating sisig and I want to try their sisig meal that only costs 60php or 1USD. For me, this is more cheaper than other food items in around the food stalls and trying this for the first time is really great.
While ordering, they will cook the sisig in front of me and I can see them cooking on how they put and prepare the sisig. I was entertained by it and I am also amazed that they can cook in front of me and it's also my first time seeing a stall that cooks in front of me.
First, the cook put the pan into the fire and then he puts some oil in it so that it will not make the sisig sticky in the pan. While preparing, the cook asks on what flavor do I want, I said that I like a spicy flavor.
So, he put cut pepper in the pan and then he puts the meat after. He mixed all of the ingredients that he put while the fire is turned on and after a couple of minutes, he puts an egg on it. Lastly, he puts the java rice and then he puts the sisig a small mayo on top of it.
While he is serving, I couldn't resist on eating it because the smell of the sisig is really good and after I took some photos, I immediately eat this sisig with the dynamite that I also bought in one of the stores here.
It only took a couple of minutes of eating the sisig and I am really full at that time. I am satisfied with the food which is the sisig and I like to go here again and eat the sisig because it's one of the best sisig here in town (aside from the fast food chains).

There are really times when we just want to explore a new place by ourselves. I sometimes do this when I feel that my friends and I have different preference (they seem to understand, though... hehe). There is really something unexplainable when looking at street foods. It just makes me instantaneously happy. I guess it is because it's cheaper and comes in wide variety. Enjoy your next street food discovery!
Now that I've seen your post, it makes me want to eat all of them! I'm craving sisig for a while now but sadly we don't have that here. Street sisig is one of the best! I'm glad that you like it
Wow, As I saw your post it reminds way back when I was working at Santiago City, every night together with my workmates we also stall at the night market wherein there are a lot of food stall. So hard to pick which one to buy, everything looks delicious.😄 Sisig was one of the best.
I think it's the same and there are lots of choices that we can make while we are in the area. There are some that we want to try, buy, and look forward to and sometimes we can't resist the food that they are eating.
yeah Even if we are already full, all the foods are tempting to eat😄
Yummy i saw your post I remembered our business that sisig is really delicious , you can eat a lot of rice . About the dynamite I'm curious what the taste of dynamite that's what I'm thinking maybe it's too spicy or bitter hahaha I'm ignoran't of dynamite
