Last week, we had a small tour around the town and we usually go to places that have food because that's one of our favorite thing that we usually do, to eat and discover new kinds of food.
As we walk to different streets, we decided on going to one of the most visited place on food here in town that is called a food court. In this food court, there are various of foods that you can pick from different kinds of sellers around the food court.
This time, we went here last Sunday and we never expected that only a few stores that were opened during Sundays because I think that it's more busy every Sunday but I was wrong and I think the busiest day is usually Monday, Friday, or Saturday.
Even if there were only stores that were opened during Sunday, we still bought some foods in the food court but only limited stores that we can buy during that time.
We went around to this food court looking for food that we think that is good and we haven't tried yet. There were some food in the food court that are common and I tried eating them before but I saw some food that I haven't tried it before and it's a new kind of food to me where I bought some of it.
We bought some street food in this food court and one of the food that we bought is called the ube bar and their dynamite (a dynamite is a bell pepper with a slice of ham and cheese inside it and a lumpia wrapper)
The ube bar food is the one that I am eyeing because it looks delicious and tasty, too. After we receive the food that we ordered, we went for a walk again and we ate the dynamite while we were walking in town.
The dynamite is good, it's not that spicy but my tongue is a little bit burned from the oil that is really hot at that time but my wife didn't ate it because she doesn't like to this at all.
While I was bringing the other food (that is the ube pie) on my other hand. I think my wife likes this ube bar because she told me that she wants to eat the ube bar while we were walking.
I gave the ube bar to her and she tasted it, she likes it very much. I also tasted it after eating all of those dynamite and yes, I told her that it's really delicious ube bar food.
The ube bar was really good because the insides of the ube bar was chiffon cake and then they wrapped it with ube fillings outside and lastly, they put some crushed coconut.
When I tasted it, it feels like I was still in my grade school that one of the stores were selling an ube bar. It feels like I am in that place eating and munching this ube bar.
After that, we went home and we were happy for our small walk with my wife and my adorable daughter.

It is been a while since the last I ate dynamite, now I am craving for it. It is funny that it was supposedly the chili that will burn you but the hot oil instead 🤣
That was fantastic day, simple joys but bring greatest happiness, I like ube favorite of many, desserts with ube flavor is delicious.
Yum! I particularly liked the dynamite but I prefer the meaty one with cheese. I could easily eat 10 of those in one sitting. After a busy day in school my co workers and I often head out to the Public Market's Food Court and would buy a variety of local snacks. I hope you enjoyed your food!

Yes, we can never miss the local food when we go to a new place. Maybe there are only fewer stores opened on Sundays because it is family day; people go to church and go to malls after. So, the malls are filled with people on Sundays, heheh... I like ube bars too; it is one my favorite childhood snacks. Your food adventure that day filled your hearts with happiness, and the tummy too! 😀

same here me and my family were also loved tried new kind of foods whenever we go, btw i really love street foods so everytime i see a vendors selling outside in the afternoon i always buy and share it with my family it was all delicious🥹🥹
