蒸包配羊汤

[xiaoshancun]

牛肉大包子，配羊汤。
我们三月份一定好好对自己哦。

地道的泰山第一笼肉馅配方，
肉馅不是机器绞的，
是用手亲自剁出来的，这是关键。
大大的姜葱切成末，
还有关键的一步要用大骨汤调肉馅，
顺时针搅拌，
酱油，耗油，味精，食盐一块放入，
搅拌费劲的时候再次加入骨汤，
感觉肉馅蓬松时大功告成。

面是酵母发好的醒面，
易软不易硬，
上笼屉开锅十五分钟起锅，
香喷喷的牛肉蒸包就熟了，
蒸的时间掌握好，火候要把握，
时间过长会把面蒸死的。

正好还有羊肉，有骨汤，
女儿说再来碗羊汤就完美了，
就又做了份羊汤，
孩子认为的完美，
我认为就是奢侈，
或说是浪费也不为过啊。

无论如何这个春天我们都好好的，
吃什么无关紧要，
即使白开水泡馍，
健健康康就是美好的生活！
