¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive, Liketu y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. En el día de hoy les compartiré unas fotografías realizando la parada de manos en el suelo. Creo que muchos de aquí hacemos la parada de manos en las minis paralelas, ya que se nos suele hacer mucho más fácil debido a que en las paralelas solamente utilizamos equilibrio al 100%.
Greetings to the whole Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Today I'm going to share with you some pictures of me doing the handstand on the floor. I think a lot of us here do the handstand on the parallel minis, as it's usually a lot easier for us because we only use 100% balance on the parallel minis.
A diferencia del suelo, donde estamos ejecutando fuerza, porque a pesar de que tengamos los brazos estirados, es diferente, claro que sí. Tenemos que tener un buen control de nuestro cuerpo y tener equilibrio. A mí, en lo personal, si quiero más equilibrio lo hago en las paralelas, pero puede ser algo raro que lo diga, pero para intentar la parada de manos a una mano, se me hace mucho mejor en el suelo. Algo que yo pensaba y analizaba, pero no sabía cómo era posible, hasta que empecé a investigar más sobre la diferencia. Desde que investigué mucho más sobre el handstand, me doy cuenta de la situación y lo entiendo mucho mejor.
Unlike on the floor, where we are executing strength, because even though we have our arms stretched out, it is different, of course. We have to have good control of our body and have balance. For me personally, if I want more balance, I do it on the parallel bars, but it may be a strange thing to say, but to try the one-handed handstand, I do it much better on the floor. Something I thought about and analysed, but didn't know how it was possible, until I started researching more about the difference. Since I did a lot more research on the handstand, I realise the situation and understand it much better.
Como pueden ver en las fotografías, realicé varias figuras y el intento de one arm handstand; ando en ese proceso de desbloquearlo. Para mí, este es uno de los mejores estáticos que puede tener la calistenia, ya que relaja tu cuerpo y mente. Se siente esa paz interior al ejecutar el ejercicio. Si tienen la oportunidad de realizarlo contra la pared, háganlo chicos; es muy beneficioso este estático tan llamativo, ya que no estamos acostumbrados a pararnos de manos. As you can see in the pictures, I did several figures and the one arm handstand attempt; I'm in the process of unlocking it. For me, this is one of the best static calisthenics you can have, as it relaxes your body and mind. You feel that inner peace when you perform the exercise. If you have the opportunity to do it against the wall, do it guys; it's very beneficial to do this eye-catching static, as we are not used to doing handstands.
