My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2018

I want to be healthy, I learn to eat simple and healthy.

I practice healthy lifestyle too.

Breakfast is the most important meal for me to start my day!

I walk to shuttle point, to office, and most of the places as much as I can to maintain my active healthy lifestyle.

During the weekend I will ride on bicycle around with my family and sometimes we swim together.

I try my best to maintain my body weight and it is so far never has any drastic change.
