Pretty crazy how places I am in like Boise, Idaho with large amounts of homeless people are crying out for more refugees when the community can not even support their own population of locals.

Perhaps you look at LED growing lights....Full spectrum and the other types that are outside of the range of LED lights but mimic the sun.
