... time this year! The holiday ‘I don’t want to move’ rust is now gone but the fat isn’t yet, lol. Probably will take another 200 sessions. We soldier on!
Great job! I really do miss my treadmill. It was so convenient having it right in the house so I didn't have to go out to a gym to get some exercise when walking or running outside is not an option. I keep trying to think of where I could fit one in downstairs, but it I just don't think it is going to happen. Keep up the good work!
Hahaha you should went help me.. you would be crawling right now🤣😂🤣😂🤣 like me.. ohhhh those 5x35mm in the ground walked like 17k steps. I'm beaten now... And climb like a monkey putting those cable trays to the roof. Up down up down. But good you are training because you never know when you must accept assignments again. 😃 I'm glad it is weekend after tomorrow. 😁

If we set jokes aside, I would like to suggest you sonthing I learned over the last few years that helped lots of my friends to lose weight quite faster. It called ph balance.
Typically our body has certain ph reserve levels we have to maintain, it is as important as maintaining. Certain body temperature. If we don't do that however, there's no chance of achieving the desired result.
Keep the right ph balance, stack up more ph reserves, and you'll eliminate the actual cause that prevents losing weight at the first place.
To gain more ph reserves you just need to eat more dark green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts and everything that gives your body energy. That also includes water, breathing in certain patterns, long-distance running, avoiding stress, sugars, dairy, meat, fish, eggs and almost everything that a normal person eats :)
Obviously it's not as simple as it sounds, that's why I keep 80%/20% ration where 80% is a huge salad and 20% is fish or meat. I tried vegeterian, it didn't worked out for me because I can't get full without protein.
