"The fruit of judgment"

in #apple8 years ago

What was the fruit that Adam and Eve ate in the Garden of Eden?
No one knows. All we know is that God said, "don't eat it" and that was that.
It's taught as an obedience lesson but I found out that it never was about obedience at all.
It's all about how to take responsibility over your own judgment and emotions.

Eating the fruit means getting offended or feeding the ego.
Grace is holding the fruit in your hand but not eating it.
Forgiveness is spitting it back out after you have eaten it.
Mercy is getting offended, staying offended but handing out a suspended sentence.

The name of the tree is, "The Knowledge of Good and Evil".
Judgment or value judgment is the fruit that tree produces.
Letting your judgment get under your skin is eating the fruit.
Eating the fruit creates the seed of sin within, which is malice.

Once we stop eating from that tree, we regain access to the tree of life.
Purpose is the fruit of life. Your unique genius is the seed of that fruit and your intention is the shell around that seed.
Your labor of love is the tree and the garden is where we cultivate our trees together.
You will never find your purpose as long as you are caught up in a victim mindset.
