(ICO) has gained a tremendous amount over the past two years because it offers projects the opportunity to raise capital and create supportive communities.
Extremely enthusiastic market misleading investors without experience.
Lack of transparency when it comes to projects because blockchain start-ups rarely make public the information that companies that go through the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process are bound to report.
The idea of classifying ICOs as securities / securities launched by the SEC would force start-ups to have a well-established business plan and internal procedures to ensure both transparency and management accountability to investors.
Tokens and cryptomonads are the "right next step" in the financial industry, but today the industry is not mature enough to merit consideration from major investors such as Nasdaq. If they are interested in token and cryptomonads, this market it will grow very quickly in a very short time. Stay close and watch this young market in development.
Ico is simpler like ipo or classic crowfounding, and this is enough the most investors and developers. Highly risk, highly profit, much less paperwork. Everything has a price :)
yeah not right all have a price
I think there needs to be some protection against scams, on the other hand, there are ways to figure out if an ico is real. Before investing, check the team, check the github and the development activity, look at the backgrounds. Join telegram, and figure out if you understand the concept and whitepaper.
If you struggle with understanding the technical terms like most new investors, write a benchmark!
