@ned, it's time to clarify your flag. You cannot expect a thriving community to just sit back and take this from you without you communicating. You're doing the opposite of community building. You're destroying community. Please explain your thoughts, we all are waiting.

Wow...thanks stella. It means alot. I have taken an extra level of risk above and beyond what other whales have by creating these tokens to give out so i can create value for whales who prefer to circle jerk. So it means alot that so many people see it how sad this is....especially considering i build all these things with money made from upvotes when i could be paying off my house for my wife and son...

Hey Fuzzy, I have no idea what's going on this morning. I wake up, come to steemit, and it's like I walked into a war zone. I won't even pretend to understand the behind-the-scenes dynamics with the upper echelon here on Steemit, but it is a bit unnerving to a little guy like me to see "the finger of god" come down and erase part of the community with no explanation. Your efforts always felt like a positive thing to me, you motivate people to get involved and do something of value to promote the platform and to meet and interact with others we never would have without it. I see a lot of good people, community building people, are coming to your defense. Hopefully you have direct lines of communications with Ned and Dan to hash this out and provide explanation before this causes mass panic and exodus from Steemit.

The fact that you do not know is that Ned loved the idea of community tokens like whaleshares. Whaleshares are not only used for voting, but also for rewarding members and funding different projects. Now you will say that fuzzy can reward with steem or sbd also, then why these tokens (whaleshares). The reason being that the tokens allow fuzzy to reward and fund projects without having to power down his SP, which you might be knowing is very essential for the Steemit but very risky for the holders.
Now I would also like to clear about bot upvotes.

1. These tokens are not SOLD by fuzzy. They are rewarded to the members like me and you via different contests and projects.
2. You can not send money in any form to fuzzy to get these tokens.
3. The only place where you can buy or sell these tokens is on Bitshares. And there also fuzzy doesn't sell them, but rather people like us, who have extra tokens to spare for sale.
4. You will ALWAYS find the price of these tokens HIGHER than the vote reward they can give. So if 1 token gets you a vote of $1, then probably it would be selling at $1.5 in the market by the members. This means you won't be buying tokens to upvote your spam post. You would want to buy these tokens only for your good posts, which can get more votes from the Steemit members only if it is good enough. So this pretty much solves the problem of spam posts being autovoted by Fuzzy. No sane person will use these tokens to vote their spam post, because it will be a complete LOSS.
   I hope this clears your doubts regarding this project. Fuzzy don't sell these tokens and ANYONE can participate in his contests and projects to WIN the whaleshares. Like this very contest where you have made the post. I would like to invite you the whaleshares discord server, where you can actually know what the whaleshares project is about. It is not on the lines of randowhale or minnowbooster or anything like that.
