The function of taxation and its principle is actually good, but only good as an idea. It will remain that well unless government agencies and world leaders do not use it for their own benefit.
I always feel bad for people who are trying hard to pay their taxes but the rewards are not that evident. Poor electric services, roads are not that great, and schools tht offer mediocre services.
If taxation is the extraction of wealth from people against their will, under threat of force if they do not comply, how is it even in principle a good thing? It's not a moral practice with pragmatic problems- it's a moral blight whose practical issues just expand its degradation of society.
