You could create a new order on blocktrades for a separate delegation lease to the same account. Blocktrades has also added an option for you to extend existing leases, so in the future if you want to renew both leases, you can do it via your profile on the Blocktrades site. Ensure that you're logged in to your account or create an account before buying another lease so that you can extend it and track it! It makes everything a lot easier/better if you're logged in.
