Kanaq peered down the barrel of his rifle, his eyes fixed on the two figures huddled around the campfire. Victor and Rory. The ones he'd been tracking for so long.

As he watched, Victor looked up, his eyes locking onto Kanaq's. For a moment, they stared at each other, the only sound the crackling of the flames.

Then, without warning, Kanaq was struck from behind. His world went dark as he crumpled to the ground.

When he came to, Kanaq was disoriented and groggy. He sat up slowly, looking around for any sign of Victor and Rory.

That's when he saw it. A small, leather-bound book clutched in his hand. The cover was adorned with strange symbols and markings, and the title "Book of Blood" was etched in bold, crimson letters.

Kanaq's heart racing, he flipped through the pages. Cryptic entries and gruesome illustrations seemed to leap off the page, hinting at a dark, sinister force at work.

As he read, Kanaq noticed strange symbols etched into the wall of the mountain. They seemed to pulse with a malevolent energy, and Kanaq couldn't shake the feeling that they were watching him.

Kanaq's mind reeling, he stumbled to his feet. He had to find Victor and Rory and finish what he started.

But as he looked around, he realized that they were nowhere to be seen. Kanaq's eyes narrowed, his grip on his rifle tightening.

He would find them. And when he did, they would pay for what they'd done.

Kanaq took a deep breath, his senses on high alert. He scanned the surrounding area, his eyes scouring the darkness for any sign of movement.

The wind rustled through the trees, casting eerie shadows on the ground. Kanaq's heart pounded in his chest, his finger twitching on the trigger.

Suddenly, a twig snapped in the distance. Kanaq's head jerked towards the sound, his rifle at the ready.

He waited, his breath held, as the silence stretched out like a living thing. And then, without warning, everything went black
